About CT Strategies

CT Strategies was founded by Catherine Tkachyk to help organizations turn strategies into real results

I have over 15 years’ experience implementing high profile projects and programs in public settings, including engaging public, private, academic, and philanthropic partners.

Too often I have seen plans created by consulting companies end up forgotten or only partially implemented. For governments, or non-profits, that means a waste of funds and problems that go unsolved. My goal in starting this firm is to help organizations turn the strategies into real results.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed programs totaling over $500M, completing the programs on time and within budget. I am experienced at leading individuals through process improvement projects. In two local government organizations, my teams and I have identified and implemented process improvements with over $20M in savings.

In Cuyahoga County, I served as the Chief Innovation and Performance Officer for over five years. Prior to that, I worked for the City of San Antonio, Texas for 10 years in a variety of positions.

Accomplishments during my career include:

I have a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Kansas, Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Certified Lean Implementer.

I understand the difficulty organizations face in turning strategic plans into action. I can help your organization get results among competing priorities and address operational issues that are preventing your organization from meeting key objectives.
